The Board of Directors of KLCC Property Holdings Berhad ("the Company") wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek the approval of its shareholders on the proposed alteration of the whole of Memorandum and Articles of Association by replacing with a new Constitution of the Company at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company to be convened in 2019.

The proposed new Constitution is required for purposes of compliance with the Companies Act 2016, Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad and other applicable laws and regulations.

Full details on the proposed new Constitution will be despatched to the shareholders in due course.
