The Board of Directors of KLCC Property Holdings Berhad ("KLCCP") is pleased to announce that all the resolutions set out in the Notice of 14th Annual General Meeting ("14th  AGM") of KLCCP dated 28 February 2017, were duly passed with the required majority of votes cast by the shareholders of KLCCP by way of electronic polling. 14th AGM of KLCCP was held concurrently with the 4th Annual General Meeting of KLCC Real Estate Investment Trust ("KLCC REIT") on 6 April 2017.  Results of the poll were validated by the appointed Independent Scrutineer, Messrs.Deloitte Enterprise Risk Services Sdn Bhd.  Voting details are in the attached Poll Results.
