Unless otherwise stated, the abbreviations and definitions used in the announcement by KLCCP dated 20 August 2019 in relation to the Proposed Amendment and Restatement (“Announcement”) shall apply herein.
Further to the Announcement, the Board wishes to announce that the Manager, the Trustee and KLCCP had on 3 September 2019 executed the Amended and Restated Stapling Deed to amend and restate the 2013 Stapling Deed.
A copy of the Amended and Restated Stapling Deed is available for inspection at the registered office of KLCCP located at Level 54, Tower 2, PETRONAS Twin Towers, Kuala Lumpur City Centre, 50088 Kuala Lumpur, during normal business hours from Mondays to Fridays (except public holidays).
