Reference is made to the following:-

1. The announcement issued by KLCCP on 27 February 2020 in relation to the Notice of 17th AGM of KLCCP to be held concurrently with the 7th AGM of KLCC Real Estate Investment Trust (“KLCC REIT”) at the Sapphire Room, Level 1, Mandarin Oriental Kuala Lumpur, Kuala Lumpur City Centre, 50088 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia on 22 April 2020, Wednesday at 10.30 a.m.
2. The announcement by the Prime Minister on 16 March 2020 in relation to the imposition of a 14-day Movement Control Order from 18 March 2020 to 31 March 2020 nationwide to curb the spread of the COVID-19 infection in Malaysia.

Accordingly and as a precautionary measure, KLCCP wishes to inform the holders of Stapled Securities that the 17th AGM of KLCCP will be deferred to a later date which will be notified in due course.

The holders of Stapled Securities are also advised to refer to the announcement submitted by KLCC REIT to Bursa Malaysia on 18 March 2020 in relation to the deferment of the 7th AGM of KLCC REIT.
